Euthyrox 100mcg Tablets
Euthyrox 100mcg tablets treat hypothyroidism. It works by replacing the thyroid hormone your thyroid gland cannot produce. Also, it relieves the symptoms of hypothyroidism which include tiredness, weight gain, and depression.
Euthyrox contains levothyroxine. It treats an underactive thyroid(hypothyroidism). It replaces or provides more thyroid hormone, which is from the thyroid gland. Low thyroid hormone levels can occur naturally or when the thyroid gland is injured by radiation/medication or removed by surgery. Having enough thyroid hormone is vital for maintaining regular mental and physical activity. In children, having enough thyroid hormone is essential for normal psychological and physical development. This medication also treats other thyroid disorders (such as certain types of goiters, thyroid cancer). Patients should not use this medication to treat infertility unless low thyroid hormone levels cause it.
