What are your hours of Operation?
Mon – Sat: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM. Deliveries will be done between 8.00 am to 8.00 pm everyday of the week
How long do you take to Deliver?
We will take 2 – 4 hours to deliver within Nairobi after if you make your order between 8:00 am and 8.00 p.m. Monday to Saturday. Orders from outside Nairobi, deliveries are done within 24hrs.
You will receive a confirmation on your mobile phone once delivery has been done and is ready for collection.
Where is your pharmacy located?
We are located at Ngara road, Ngara Shopping Complex, Ground Floor Nairobi
Can I pay using my Insurance?
No, we do not accept any insurance cards/policies at the moment. If you need a receipt towards your order to claim your insurance, we will happily provide you with one.
