Mesacol 400mg Tablets contains Mesalazine 400mg which is used in the treatment of ulcerative colitis. Mesacol tablet is an aminosalicylate.

It is also used to control the symptoms of ulcerative colitis such as stomach pain, diarrhea, and rectal bleeding.
