- Also, it treats acute exacerbation of chronic bronchitis ,Community acquired pneumonia, Acute cystitis, Asymptomatic bacteriuria in pregnancy, and Acute pyelonephritis. Additionally, it treats typhoid, paratyphoid fever, dental abscess with spreading cellulitis
