Losec 20mg Tablets contain omeprazole which is used in the treatment of heart burn, peptic ulcer disease and gastroesophageal reflux disease.

It belongs to a class of medicines known as proton pump inhibitors (PPIs).

• Omeparazole is a proton pump inhibitor which reduces the amount of acid in the stomach which relieves of acid related indigestion and heartburn.
• This medication should be taken one hour before meals, preferably in the morning.
• The dosage will depend on the underlying condition and how you respond to the medication.
